Admissions Guidelines

We thank you for your interest in our School.

* Applications still being accepted for select grades for 2021- 2022*

SoLA aims to build a safe, inclusive learning environment where students choose to be a part of our community of learners. We have developed an admissions process that allows us and prospective families a way to reflect on whether the student will thrive in our small school community.

1st: Fill out Inquiry Application and submit the form online or print the PDF and mail to the office at 301 E Gadsden Street, Pensacola, FL 32501.

2nd: The office will call or email the parents to schedule a time for your student to take a 20 minute tour of the campus during school hours.  This gives students a feel for the SoLA atmosphere and gives the parent/guardian a moment to visit with the Director.

3rd: The student takes a standardized placement test that is used as an additional way of gauging the student’s current academic level. The test takes approximately two hours. Summer testing dates will be decided on a as-needed basis. There is a $50.00 non-refundable, testing fee.

Please give our office a call and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our admissions process.
